Constitution of Rastriya Prajatantra Party 2048
Preamble
Nepalese People have through the historical peoples movement established a constitutional monarchy, multi party democracy based on parliamentary system, restored human rights and vested sovereignty with the people.
In the order to secure and uphold these inviolable, irrepressible and unassailable rights achieved by the people, it becomes an obvious fact that only if the political parties committed to democracy can move ahead vigorously will there be a security of the rights and it's composition as granted and guaranteed by the constitution, provided the following conditions are met; Ensuring basic human rights of every citizen on the basis of equality of freedom, establishing a unity of brotherhood among the Nepalese, strengthening and expanding the foundation of nationalism, maintaining national sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence, enhancing the prestige of Nepal in the international sphere and concretizing the concept of the rule of law through the provision of a free and competent judicial system.

The name of the party will be R.P.P. in short and Rastriya Prajatantra Party in full form. |

Definition: |

Unless otherwise stated in its subject or context : |
| |
a. |
The Constitution will mean the constitution of R.P.P. 2048. |
| |
b. |
Legislation will mean the rules and regulation framed by the party's central executive committee. |
| |
c. |
Committee will refer to all the executive committees formed under the party constitution. |
| |
d. |
The member it will also denote members holding office and position. |
| |
e. |
Municipality will refer to both metropolis and sub-metropolis. |

Office: |
| |
The central party office will be kept in Kathmandu, and other district level offices will remain in district headquarters. And other level offices will be placed as determined by the related executive committee. |

Symbol, Flag and Stamp: |
| |
a. |
Plough will be the election symbol of the party. |
| |
b. |
The party flag will bear a farmer's plough within an industrial wheel or circle known as chakra in the center with sky blue border followed by white, green and yellow colors in the background. |

c. |
The circular stamp will bear party name on the top and under it will be printed the name of concerned level executive committee and it's office with place and year. |
